Multi sport helmet. Converts for summer or winter use. Wear with or without the winter knitted liner.

The Bern Muse is the Women's equivalent of the famous Bern Baker ski or snowboard helmet.
This is the Artist Series Helmet, where a chosen artist gets to spill his/her creativity onto one of the Bern Lid's, in this instance it's David Sheets.

In developing the Bern helmets, Bern spoke with the most progressive athletes in skate, snow and wake. Riders wanted a visor lid that was stylish and functional, meaning the visor is meant to be worn forward, keeping sun and precipitation our of your eyes. Bern are proud to introduce the Baker and the Muse. From Chad Sharpe, to Scott Byerly the top names in wake, skate and snow are riding Bern. The time has come for change, Bern has arrived!



Features Include:

  • All Season - people buy Bern because they can wear their lids all year round. One lid for all action sports
  • Summer lining - Comfortable removable layer of padding
  • Winter Knit liner - protects your ears and neck from the cold with added audio ear pads.
  • Sink Fit - People like the low profile and surround fit and feel of these helmets. The shape is more comfortable and way cooler! Sink fit sits lower on your head, and is more streamlined than a regular fitting helmet.
  • Integrated visor - just looks better than a plain round dome on your head!
  • 10 air flow vents - 4 at the back and 6 on top.
  • Goggles compatible
  • Twin clip - Removable goggle clip with two height settings
  • Eye wear channel - unique channels inside the helmet allow for comfort and fit with most glasses
  • Complies with CE 1077, CE 1078 ASTM F2040 and CPSC safety standards


Sizing

  • Measure the circumference of your head using a soft tape measure, running the tape over two of your fingers (to ensure it is not too tight a fit) and around your head at the widest point, from forehead, across the temples and around the back.
  • Print a MEASURING TAPE  NB 1. The page will load slowly because it is a pdf. NB 2. Just before you confirm the 'print' instruction, please make sure the 'page scaling' on your printer settings is set to 'None'





The Bern Muse is available in 2 construction materials:
* EPS - Standard material used on most sports safety helmets
* Brock Foam - Unique to Bern, high tech, superbly comfortable/breathable and multi-impact.
This helmet features EPS construction

The Bern Muse is available in 4 variants:
* Water - Closed cell waterproof lining, tough and durable.
* Summer - Non-waterproof open cell super comfy foam lining
* Winter - Same as summer plus you get a removable winter knit liner, to cover your neck and ears, and a goggle clip - to hold your ski goggles in place.
* Audio - Same as winter but with integrated audio speakers.
This helmet is the 'Winter' Variant
