This is the Insulated Tube Director by Camelbak for their Antidote Hydration Reservoir.

The Insulated Tube Director is great for hands-free use. The tube is more rigid than the other Camelbak tubes meaning that you can fix the tube in the position to suit you. This means that you can drink when you need without having to reach around for the valve.
