Sized to fit adult men.
If you take a men's size large jacket, a large back protector should be fine.
Ladies, best select two sizes smaller. ie if you take a large jacket go for a small back protector.

Please note: The photo shows size Large which has 5 hard shell protectors. Size XL also has 5 but medium has 4 and small has 3.
