Demon Skinns Body armour is brand new for 2010 and a fantastic innovation for anybody into action sports in extreme environments, looking for peak performance. This Demon Skinns Women's High Snowboard Top or shirt offers three in one performance.

1) It is a great base layer for any sporting activity. The high wicking Spandex fabric offers comfort when conditions are hot, by wicking away body moisture and keeping you cool and dry. When conditions cool down, their hollow fibres trap air, forming a nice thermal layer next to your skin - so you stay nice and warm. It is almost like having thermostatic temperature control!

2) It offers the very latest in compression sporting performance. The spandex fabric is very stretchy and figure hugging, giving a nice tight fit for bio-acceleration sporting performance, aiding muscle recovery, preventing stiffness and enabling you to perform at the highest levels for longer. By compressing against the body, blood flow throughout the body is restricted and therefore returns to the heart more quickly, helping to keep oxygen levels up and cut down on fatigue which can set in during sporting activity.

3) Body armour. This top comes with thermo formed foam pads which adapt to your body shape. You get a pad on each collar bone, plus a paid of pads for each lower portion of your rib cage. To be perfectly honest with you, the degree of impact protection afforded by this top is not as good as other Demon torso because the padding is low profile and small. It is designed not to make you look like a Michelin Man! It is best suited for athletes less likely to suffer from high impact falls. If you are an aggressive sports enthusiast regularly taking big hits, we recommend going for torso armour with more impact protection.
