Top Tips - How to avoid a broken wrist
Buy
Knee Pads! OK wrist guards are a good idea too but
Knee Pads are just as important. When you fall forwards, make sure you drive your knees towards the ground so that they break your fall and absorb the impact. Wearing
Knee Pads gives you the confidence to do this. Keep your forearms up and hold them flat against your chest. This is the best way to avoid a broken wrist. Try to avoid putting your hands out to break your fall.
If you fall backwards, make sure you are wearing good quality
Impact Shorts and, again, avoid putting your hands out to break your fall.
