Essential when fishing using waders.

This Hotronic Extension cord or cable is compatible with all Hotronic foot or boot warmers, including the M3 and M4. You get a pair of cords, each 1.2 meters long, which enables you to clip your Hotronic battery packs to your belt or to put them in a pocket instead of clipping them to your boots. The cord will reach up to the braces on your waders or an inside jacket pocket.

The extension cord is particulary useful if you are fishing, because it enables you to wear large wellies or waders but a lot of skiers like to use them too because it keeps the battery pack off your ski boots where it might get knocked or caught.
