This 2012 Jobe 1.5mm neoprene jacket is made up of mesh and neoprene panels, both water repellent.
It has a Flat stitch construction so there is no leakage.
The inside of the jacket is Fleece lined for extra warmth
Water repellent mesh keeps you dry and should you get any water in your pockets, there are Water drains.
