If your heels lift in your boots, or your boots are getting on a bit and have packed down, meaning they no longer fit as well as they did, then SHL pads are for you! They will reduce the need to overtighten your boots, so no more pain. Perfect for Ski boots, Snowboard boots, Skates and Mountaineering boots with removable liners.

MBC Technical Stop Heel Lift pads are really easy to fit using the Finger Fit method, explained in the video on the left.

Each pack contains 4 self moulding self adhesive pads to be used in boots with removable liners.
