These Mountain board bearings from MBS will keep your board rolling nice and smooth all day long. Bearings do wear out from time to time, so to keep your board in tip top condition it's a good idea to keep them clean and replace them when needed. If you use your board on the beach your bearings are likely to wear out even quicker, due to the sand and grit than can get in, so keep an eye on them.
