Tom Kirkman's top of the range pro model mountainboard
Tom is a legend in the world of mountainboarding. From the early days he always stood out of the crowd for his talent and style. His style has strong skateboard influences. He is the one who is going faster than anyone else and jumping higher than everyone else. After a while out of the sport Tom is now back in a big way. In 2009 he won the World Downhill Championships (no brake) in France, then the World Freestyle Championships in August, and was crowned the overall winner of the Cream Teas and Jam series proving he is truly the best mountainboarder out there.
The board is built to Tom's specifications. The board is stiff, allowing you to tackle the biggest jumps and fastest tracks with precision. To help reduce weight and increase strength we have removed all unnecessary inserts. MBS have stuck to the tried and tested wood core with a reverse cap composite wrap and PBT graphics. This comes together to create a bombproof deck with vibrant coloured graphics. Dan Wilson, one of the guys behind Remolition worked with Tom, who provided his own sketches to create a truly unique graphic.
This board is ideal for big air, boardercross and freeride mountainboarding.
