The Palmer PLS Flex Power Link System is a riser kit designed to raise your bindings up off your snowboard. If you have got big feet, the PLS minimises toe and heel drag - a far more effective solution than buying an oversized wide board.

The PLS turbocharges your board with more power to the edges, better control and quicker response, plus more relaxed riding on hard pack and icy slopes. Working on the basic principals of leverage, the PLS is not only for big footers but will also improve the skill of men and women of all foot sizes and is compatible with almost all boards and bindings, including Burton 3 hole and 4 hole systems.

More edge for big feet
I brought these just before I went to The 3 Valleys in Early March. I have a wide board but with size UK 13 there is still a little toe overhang. These risers eliminated toe drag, which was essential for the my 1st 2 days of boarding with icy conditions I needed all the edge I could get. Even if you don't have big feet these risers are great for carving your edges into the slopes due to giving more leverage being risen up. That extra 1cm makes all the difference, a cheap investment for what it's worth. Apparently these are good for freestylers working like mini shock absorbers too, but I leave that for you to decide as I cant do that kind of riding on my 187cm wide powder board! I may also add these didn't slip or move out place once during a week of solid boarding including some hard 10 hour days riding.
