Allows you to mount any Raiden or Nitro snowboard bindings to any snowboard - Burton 3 hole or any 4 hole pattern snowboard.

These snowboard binding discs will only fit Nitro or Raiden snowboard bindings.

They will allow you to mount your Nitro or Raiden bindings to any snowboard using either the traditional 4 hole pattern or, by simply rotating the disc 90 degrees, to any Burton snowboard using the Burton 3 hole pattern.

They come complete with a set of eight 'gripping' washers (you only need to use 6 of them on a Burton board) so you can slide them up and down the tracks until you have them in the correct positions.
