| Best bit of snowboard kit I ever bought |
|
| Really sound investment. Never had knee pads last year but most of my mates did. These are so much better than the big chunky skateboard ones - you forget you are wearing them after a while. Saves loadsa pain! |

| Excellent piece of kit |
|
| When on the board you don't notice them, the only time you notice them is when you are kneeling in the snow and it doesn't hurt. |

| Wicked bargain! |

| Fab knee pads, saved my knees endless amounts of time whilst learning to snowboard. Will continue to wear 'em, they are comfy and you really do forget you have them on! |

| The best knee pads! |
|
| I actually bought these knee pads for my judo, for which they are great. They are really supportive and the padding is great. But I will also use them for my snowboarding, replacing my uncomfortable skateboarding pads which are not a patch on these.
Great for all sports! |

| Excellant |
|
| Used these pads for both my knees and elbows...and they were brill...i've come back with far less bruises this year! I would say though to buy one size up from the reccomenation's for women...i think mine were just that bit too tight and almost cut off my circulation! |

| No more bruises! |
|
| Great invention. As a typical woman who bruises very easily, these saved me a lot of pain last winter and made me feel much more confident boarding as I wasn't scared to fall over!
Agree with Anna about the women's rough sizing guide - I am a small jacket size, bought medium pads after reading Anna's advice and still thought they were too tight! Maybe I have fat knees?! Make sure you measure yourself properly I would suggest. |

| Great for learning |
|
| Great knee pads. I have used them for years and they are great for high impact or hard floors/slopes without restricting your movement.
Falling over is a big part of learning and a tenner is a small price to pay to reduce the bruising - well worth it. |

| I bought these knee pads after reading other reviews on the net. After a few hard knocks on holiday my knees were still in tact! Good fit, you forget you are wearing them! 5/5 :o) |

| A must for newbie boarders - no black knees for me! |
|
| A mate lent me some knee pads as a learner boarder as I spent a lot of times banging down on my knees and coming back from holiday with very black knees!! So this year I bought some of my own and went for these. They are a great help in preventing brusies and help with building your confidence as you know you're not going to hurt as much when you clatter down on the knees. They are also great for kneeling in the snow before you stand up if you starting on a toe edge.
The downsides I found were that I bought too small a size even though I measured my knee using the description. The diameter of my knee was in the middle of the size range for small so I didn't expect to have any size issues so I didn't try them on pre-holiday. When I had to wear them they did a pinch a little at the back of my knee but nothing too unbearable if I had to compare to the sore knees of not wearing them. Also I think I would prefer a pair with adjustable straps then the solid sleeve as it makes wearing them over the thermals easier hence the 4 star rating but that's probably a personal preference.
I would recommend all newbie boarders wear a pair of knee pads but just take care on the sizing with this brand. |

| Will never board again without them! |
|
| I've nevwe worn any kind of padding, but with these, not only do they prevent bruising, you have no idea you are wearing them and they are really comfy when stopping and kneeling on the snow. A MUST buy for anyone! |
