Best inserts out there
I got these inserts for my husband who was convinced that he was getting premature old-man knees because after a 40 minute run, his knees would kill him. Turns out he just needed good shock absorbtion. These sorted him out in a few days of using them. They don't look like big ol' foot pillows, but that's how they work. They're long-lasting and fit really well into trainers. Plus, their cheaper on Bargain Boards than anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend these.
