Level 1 lasts approximately 16 - 22 hours at 37C (99F)
Level 2 lasts approximately 7 - 10 hours at 45C (113F)
Level 3 lasts approximately 3 - 4 hours at 70C (158F)

Heat duration depends on the selected heat level, the ambient temperature and the charging status as well as the age of the batteries.
