The front caps consist of a Lightweight dual density foam front cap. For extra comfort, these elbow pads are made with neoprene, and lycra for support, sweat dispersion and added durability. These elbow pads do not have straps and have strands of beaded silicone running the diameter of the inside to keep them in place while you move.
