Meet The Team

Paul

Paul's been snowboarding since almost the beginning of time, or close to when it was invented anyway. He made the switch from two sticks to one because watching Paul ski is like watching Bambi on ice! He's been windsurfing even longer, since 1981 to be precise - check out the wetsuit for proof. Getting a bit old and grey now but still up for a bit of wakeboarding, sailing, canoeing and even roller blades...

John

Into sports for longer than most, John is a former Olympic training squad and GB team paddler in Marathon and Sprint canoeing. He then got into windsurfing, sailing and other watersports and is a former UK brand manager for UltraSport in watersports, wetsuits, bikes and snowboarding. He now heads up the Watersports department, rides mountain bikes (the further the better) and gets in the water when ever he can.

Craig

Craig has been riding the slopes for 10+ years and is the original pocket rocket when it comes to speed. He tends to abide by the 'act now, think later' theory when it comes to trying out new stuff and is also our reigning Sambuca drinking champion.

Adam

Experienced snowboarder, massive on the FMX scene and strictly barefoot, speedos and sunnies when it comes to watersports is what Adam is all about. He also has lovely eyelashes.

Matt

Former Seasonair and a keen Wakeboarder from an early age means that Matt's love for our industry and technical product knowledge is second to none. He also enjoys a heart wrenching rom com from time to time and can out-drink Rome UK's Head Honcho.... Fact.

Nel

Long-time snowboarder and short-time surfer, Nel has an amazing capacity to accept male humour, burping, farting and general lack of hygiene with good grace despite being completely outnumbered in the office. She is also obsessed with stickers.

Jonny

Skiier, snowboarder, champion arm-wrestler. Has been known to eat 7,000 calories in a day. Enough said.

Dave

Dave has been snowboarding for over 10 years and skateboarding for even longer. A fully legit skate and snow nerd, what he don’t know ain’t worth knowing. Looks like he should be fat, but isn't.

Rowan

Rowan has been cruising around the extreme sports scene for a fair while now - check out www.rowanb.com for proof. Having racked up more winter seasons away than most 23 year olds, he managed to gain sponsorship from some massive brands and in his spare time away from the the Absolute-Skate/Snow offices, he works at the XC skatepark, teaching little groms how to roll around on planks of wood! He's also the co-founder and don of the ScootDogz gang. REPRESENT.

Natasha

Natasha prefers a sun lounger to a surf board and definitely wears sunglasses, not goggles. Preferring cosy sheepskin Emu's instead of ski boots, riding in a cable car is the scariest thing she does on a mountain! Natasha agrees that high-quality bearings are essential....if you want your luggage to glide effortlessly through the airport.

Toby

A keen skiier, wakeboarder and hopefully a budding snowboarder in the near future. Toby is by far the hardest working person in the office, managing the company accounts by dipping in and out of dad's pocket on a regular basis.
