How to Measure Your Waist & Inseam

  • Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.
  • Stand up straight with your arms hanging by your sides and breath normally.
  • Run a soft tape measure around your waist just about in line with your navel. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.
  • The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.
  • With your feet shoulder width apart, ask someone to help you to measure from your inner pelvis to the floor
  • How to Measure Your Hand Size

  • Run a soft tape measure across the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles.
  • Ensure you just measure the width of your palm, instead of the entire circumference of the front and back of your hand.
  • Measure fairly loosely, not pulling the tape too tight.
  • Repeat the process on both hands and use the larger of the two measurements.
  • If you plan on wearing wrist guards under your gloves, then choose gloves one size larger than your hand size.
  • If you are buying gloves with integrated wrist guards there is no need to go up a size. Simply measure your hand size as normal.
