Cotswold supply a wide range of stylish, durable and waterproof shoes, boots and wellies that will help you seek out a different adventure and discover something new every time you wear them. Although Cotswold originated in and are inspired by the very area they are named after, their products aim to give you all you need to seek out and explore your nearest nature trail, public footpath or bit of woodland and appreciate what the countryside and the great outdoors has to offer.

Cotswold was inspired by the rolling hills of the very area they are named after. They aim to enable everybody from seasoned hikers to casual dog walkers to explore the countryside and the great outdoors in comfort and style.

Cotswold have come a long way since starting life in 1976. In the 1980s, they became the golf shoe brand of choice for amateur and professional players thanks to their unique style but also innovative technology such as moisture protection.

It was only a matter of time before the company expanded into other avenues. In the 1990s, Cotswold put their technology and knowledge towards lifestyle and country footwear, producing and selling a range of stylish suede and leather uppers.

In recent years, Cotwold have turned their attention towards the urban walking market. A wide range of Cotswold waterproof hiking and walking boots and shoes are now available for men, women, children and everybody from experienced hillwalkers to the occasional rambler.

But Cotswold is perhaps best known for its range of wellington boots. In 2005, Cotswold hit the headlines when they turned up at that year's rain-soaked and mud-drenched Glastonbury Festival with 1000 pairs of wellies, to the relief of hundreds of grateful festival-goers.
