Combining the unique experience of three riders including ex-pro David Lambert, West snowboards aim to blend some of the best technology, ideas and core brand values to bring a fresh take on snowboard design. 
Established in 2014, West is a relatively new Swiss brand was founded by three boarders who use their combined experience and industry know-how to design snowboards with features that riders want. As you can expect, being a Swiss company there is a huge emphasis on quality and attention to detail which really showed in the boards this company brought us in their first year. The founders say that what differentiates them is the way they also let their passion and sense of fun guide them in bringing a fresh perspective to the snowboarding industry. 

The real story behind the brand is a truly relentless search to remind people why they first fell in love with snowboarding, a noble mission for an equally noble company. West aims to achieve this by considering and building on the essential features that real riders want on the mountain using their unique, combined experience. In approaching the industry in this way, West snowboards are successfully differentiating themselves from their mass-producer counterparts and, refreshingly, taking snowboarding back to its roots.
