About the Bach Packman

The Packman 42L offers you every you'd expect from a BACH backpack. The pack is equipped with a close to body fit ventilated shield suspension system that allows air to flow between your back and the bag. This innovative design feature keeps you cooler for longer while providing optimal weight distribution for long walks.

BACH have utalised Thermoplastic urethane on the inner of the pack as a liner, this keeps your gear and clothing dry. They have even included a zippered side accessible wet gear store away from the waterproof compartment to carry damp kit.

For complete versitlity the toplid of the pack can be extended to carry that little bit more, of it the conditions demand it can be removed completely for a lighter profile. Without the toplid the pack remains waterproof with a multifunctional roll top keeping the wet away from the dry.

The Packster additionally include a separate sleeve for hydration systems that is outside of the waterproof liner, should the unlikely eventyour bladder burst, your kit will remain dry. Please not the hydration bladder is sold separately.

As with all BACH products, the Packster features a modular design. The hipbelt, and hood can be completely stripped to save on weight. However for more technical trails the pack also features attachment points for trekking poles, helmet or an ice axe.

The pack is constructed from rugged 500 denier cordura and buckles are made from aluminum making this pack highly durable. For saftey the sternum strap features small reflectors for enhanced visibility at night.
