The Disaster uses Jib Triple Base Technology (3BT) which is completely symmetrical, has a true twin shape, and has the biggest centre base flat of all the different 3BT camber profiles. The extra width stabilises your slides and presses while the side uplifts, which begin under your feet, add a super loose, buttery, and forgiving effect. The board comes with a low camber to make pressing easy but still give plenty of pop to your ollies while making landing so much easier to execute.
The Disaster uses Core Core construction with full poplar wood and beech hardwood laid along the inserts from tip to tail to stiffen the spine and produce more pop while offering a soft lateral flex for quicker and easier turn initiations, perfect for progressing riders and advanced jib riders. The combination of Hyper Glide sintered base and Bi-axial laminates provide exceptional performance and durability while maintaining responsiveness.
Side Kick Tips will enhance the performance of the 3BT base, increasing side base uplift on the widest parts of the nose and tail. This creates incredibly smooth turn initiations and enhances overall board stability when spinning and landing those jib lines.
