To use this as a skate or bike helmet simply remove the winter liner as the Hard Hat model comes with a built in summer lining that isn't removable.
The Bern Baker is the original peaked visor helmet that was first introduced to the world by the legendary Seth Wescott. Since then the Bern Baker has captured the attention of the extreme sports world and can now be seen being worn by hundreds of pro athletes. The Baker's patented peak is designed to keep the sun, snow and rain out of your face making it the ideal helmet for concrete and snow sports. The Baker has no vents giving it a unique style that's instantly recognisable. It also features easily adjustable straps and a secure chin strap buckle. The liners can be removed as they're secured into the helmet with tough poppers and velcro. This means you can easily wash the liner to keep your helmet fresh. Just remember - If it ain't a Baker, it's a faker!
The Bern Baker comes in two constructions; Thin Shell (EPS) and Hard Hat (Brock Foam). Check out the pros and cons. Please be aware however that this is not classed as a 'helmet' as it does not meet the CE certification for concrete, bike and snow sports. It does meet the standards for watersports.
