Carrying on from Bern's street inspired style, The Heist combines ZipMold+ liquid foam with an ABS hardshell to create a next generation dual shell design. This twinned with Bern's awesome sink fit technology translates to a super low profile and stylish helmet that wraps your head in lightweight protection.

Bern have used lots of high end technology in The Heist to ensure that your dome stays as protected as possible. The innovative Dual Shell Integration construction combines the lightweight properties of Bern's Zipmold+ and PVC lower shell, with the durability of an ABS top shell. The ABS shell covers a liner that uses Energy Absorbing Ribs that act as crumple zones and provide greater impact dispersion. Bern have also added Impact Armour to the temple and rear of the helmet for better durability and a killer aesthetic.

Bern have also added MIPS technology tot he Heist helmet. Multi-Directional Impact Protection System adds what is effectively an inner shell within the helmet, this 'inner shell' can rotate relative to the helmet. This reduces the rational force of an impact, thus helps to increase the safety of the helmet significantly.

In terms of comfort Bern have gone all out on The Heist to ensure that it feels like it was custom built for your head. The hand sewn luxe liner combines with BOA tech to create a 360 degree fit that keeps everything in the correct place for those long days on the mountain, whilst Bern's Sink Fit technology provides that low-profile, head hugging fit. Another great feature of the Heist is the integration of Bern's PLUSfoam goggle series which provides a seamless fit between helmet and goggle.
