This highly adaptable trekking pole gives you a 100% carbon construction with a 3-section folding design that's quick and easy to assemble thanks to Black Diamond's speed cone deployment which locates each section effortlessly into place. The FlickLock Pro adjustment system gives you 15cm of height adjustment to help across changing terrain with improved joint support throughout the shaft delivering more stiffness and durability.

A lightweight EVA grip combined with a non-slip foam mini grip extension means you have ultimate handling comfort all day. The updated design features a breathable, moisture-wicking strap made from recycled materials. Includes protective Rubber Tech tips and Carbide Tips letting you tackle a range of ground types.

When not in use, the Distance Carbon FLZ breaks down at the push of a button to a travel-friendly 40cm making them the ideal poles for hiking, running, and travel across a range of activities.
