Working in perfect harmony, the innovative Felix step-on snowboard boot is designed for female snowboarders who want the comfiest all-mountain boot possible, with maximum heel hold and zero pressure on the top of their foot. The Step On Felix features a medium, all-mountain flex, relaxed enough to allow you to tweak and get away with the odd mistake, but still highly supportive and responsive.
The Felix StepOn boot features Dual Zone Boa with New England Ropes that have a lifetime guarantee. The boot utilizes the tri-zonal tightening of Burton's Lockdown Tech, which surrounds the whole ankle evenly simply by turning the Boa dial.
The Felix utilizes Burton's women's-specific True Fit which is designed for a lower volume and more accurate fit for a woman's foot resulting in better board feel and control. Sleeping bag reflective foil underfoot reflects heat to the foot, improving both warmth and comfort in cold conditions. ReBounce brings cushioning closer to your foot by placing it within the shell of the boot for an added layer of impact protection sitting directly beneath your foot.
Burton has used their Focus cuff which boosts heel hold by hugging the ankle, riding slightly higher for increased response. The Imprint 3 heat-moldable liner has a hook-and-loop closure system with an inner lace lock for a snug fit and lightweight power panel for an added response, while the Plush cuff 1.0 tightly hugs your calf with a combination of medial and lateral neoprene stretch zones and a super soft, fur lining for additional warmth and comfort. Burton's DRYRIDE Heat Cycle lining captures, radiates, and reflects body heat inward to keep feet warmer while also wicking away heat-robbing moisture.
The Felix features a Vibram® Traction Lug outsole with EcoStep™ rubber that provides increased surface area for more contact points that grip the ground in a lighter-weight package, using 30% recycled rubber content. The EST® optimized midsole lowers your centre of gravity and improves board feels without sacrificing comfort.
The Felix boot has a built-in ankle strap to enhance the fit & performance, ensuring your heel stays locked in place. This combines perfectly with the StepOn binding chassis which is based on the award-winning Burton Lexa, allowing you to just step into the binding heel first to clip in, and then the quick-release lever allows for an instant exit.
