The Burton [ak] 3L Stretch Hover Jacket is one of the most technical jackets in the Burton range. In an ultra-lightweight design, the Hover's 3L GORE-TEX shell has the highest level of waterproofing, windproofing, and breathability, this jacket is made to wear whilst hiking peaks and shredding the backcountry.

The [ak] range is constructed using Gore-Tex fabric, a fabric that not only has the best waterproofing in the outdoor market but has great breathability to keep you dry inside and out. This waterproof tech is capable of blocking water from entering yet allows perspiration to escape, creating a much more comfortable ride and keeping you cool and dry whilst charging the slopes. For added reinforcement, this jacket also features fully taped seams and uses GORE-SEAM technology to give guaranteed durability and extra protection against the elements.

The Hover's StormForm Fulltime Contour™ hood has a contoured shape that fits perfectly over helmets to keep you warm without sacrificing protection. It seamlessly integrates with goggles whilst allowing space for neck gaiters and balaclavas, and moves without creating blind spots. An articulated stretch fit leaves plenty of room for layering and allows for non-restricted natural movement. Other features include pit zip vents, YKK water-resistant zippers, an ergonomic water-repellent waist gaiter, power mesh wrist gaiters, and multiple hands, chest, and sleeve pockets.
