Stretch Insulation 60g material throughout the jacket will surely keep you at the right temperature on the mountain, this is best suited wearing under a shell jacket if you are in some serious extreme conditions in the back country. If you prefer to wear this out and about during the winter seasons or around the ski resort, a water repellent 20D Ripstop DWR coating will help bead off water, protecting you from light rain and light snow showers so you can go about your day with ease and comfort.

Added features include a zippered chest pocket, adjustable hem cinch and low profile cuffs for layering under a shell jacket. The jacket uses stretch fabrication and has an articulated fit to provide the best performing shape to mirror the body's natural movement so you can perform any maneuver easily.

The [ak] FZ Insulator jacket is ideal to be worn underneath a shell for harsh conditions on the mountain, when travelling the backcountry. If not this jacket can be worn on it's own on colder days in town for pure comfort.
