About the Contour Hybrid Splitboard Skin
The Contour Hybrid skins for splitboards with an innovative Velcro system at the tip are designed to fit all snowboards up to 180cm long. These climbing skins are ideal for all seasons and all snow conditions in the backcountry, ensuring you get to your dream lines and get you back to the trailhead safely.
Contours Hybrid skin is versatile, with its mohair/nylon mix offering optimum levels of glide, grip, and packability. Contours unique hybrid adhesive technology is made up of two different layers of technical glue which together create both a perfect bond between the glue and the back of the skin as well as perfect tack on the snowboard base. The adhesive technology prevents the skins from getting waterlogged keeping the skins firmly in place when moving through snow and will ensure the skins don't twist under tension with high resistance to abrasion
The skin comes with rivets to fix the tail clamp in place. The trimming set includes a trimming tool, a hollow punch, cleaning wipes, and a stuff sack with a microfibre cloth to clean and dry the base before applying skins.
