A miniature version of the Bulldog, the DMM Terrier is the perfect addition to the winter climber’s rack. The Terrier creates placement options in water ice, frozen turf, and thin cracks, to provide security to alpine climbers on marginal ground. The small size allows it to be used in marginal terrains such as small turf blobs, thin ice smears, and thin seams.
A shorter handle means that leverage is reduced in places where a bulldog would be at risk of pulling out. An easy-strike spine delivers quick and accurate placement while a handle facilitates efficient extraction from stubborn placements. The included extendable sling reduces drag while a 15kN (roughly 240 stone) rating makes the Terrier a piece of gear no mixed climber can afford to leave at home.
Pairing the DMM Terrier with a Bulldog gives you a wide range of innovative placement options in the winter mountaineering and climbing environment.
