About the Demon Shield

The Demon Shield Vest body armour top is a top level vest with integrated hard shell spine guard, which is perfect for snowboarding, skiing as well as other extreme sports.

The Shield Vest is equipped with a rigid exoskeleton style Rooster X spine guard to give you excellent back protection using layered hard shell that bends and conforms to your spine. The front features thermoformed chest and rib protection and air shield shoulder protection.

To further enhance chest protection the Shield has the option to fit a low profile D3O CP1-L1 chest protector or an SAS-Tec chest plate into the hidden sleeve, this will provide the best protection against heavy impacts, absorbing large amounts of force around the chest area. This vest has been kitted out to give you maximum protection while still being low profile enough to fit under your jacket.

The top is constructed primarily from a lightweight, breathable, athletic blend of lycra and mesh. The vest is fully ventilated to keep your body cool and comfortable. The lower back/waist belt support strap locks the vest in place. There is also support for fitting a neck brace to the body armour.
