About the Demon Skate
These semi rigid knee pads developed by Demon are perfect for skateboarding. Originally designed for snowboarding, in terms of stiffness and impact protection, they fall half way between typical hard shell SKATEBOARD KNEE PADS and the softer RUCANOR SUPER SMASH knee pads, originally designed for volleyball, which we also sell. Everything in life seems to be a compromise. With knee pads the softer they are, the more comfortable they tend to be but you do require some stiffness and rigidity to help spread the impact of a fall. With these knee pads, Demon seem to have got the balance just right!
These knee pads work really well as undercover padding, so long as your jeans aren't skin tight, you should be able to fit these pads underneath your clothes no worries.
