Large Traction Dot silicon stomp with acrylic adhesive backing. Cut them up and position the dots where you like, just in front of your rear binding.

Make of it what you will
These are a great little system as the dots can be added to you board in whatever pattern you fancy so you can personalise you board however you want. I myself have added a rather swanky chevron design to mine. Easily used and appear to make a strong bond to the board. I have only given 3/5 because they have yet to be fully tested by a full season, but they look like they'll stand the test of time. If not, then they're relatively cheap, so I'll just buy some more and think of a new design to turn them into.

Good grip, very subtle look-just what I neede
I didn't want a big chrome stomp pad on my lovely looking board. So found this, you can apply as one sheet or as individual dots. I split into two sets of 3x4, for toe and heel engagement, tried out on the the indoor slope, works a treat and is not obvious as the little silicon dots ( about 10mm dia) look like water drips and are transparent

Little dots that saved the day.
These little dots have saved many a day up my local mountain! Nothing worse than not having traction while negotaiting the tows however you dont really want to compromise the fantastic design of your beautiful new board either! These adhesive dots are the perfect answer; they are transparent and can be arranged as you please which solves the problem of ruining the aesthetics of the board and they also provide excellent grip for your snowbard boot. All in all I will buy these if I ever need to replace any or i get a new board.
