The Compact MS Poles from Fizan gives you a durable set of walking poles with a lightweight design. Ideal for treks and hikes - long or short.

The ultralight build (158g per pole) lessens fatigue on arms and shoulders and won't weigh you down when stowed in a pack or suitcase. The robust 7001 aluminium construction holds up to the challenges of the trail while a soft-grip EVA foam grip is comfortable on the hand over long distances.

The FLEXY twist locking mechanism offers a secure hold and stows down to a handy 58cm for a travel-friendly design. The huge size range (73 cm) means the Compact is suitable for a wide range of users.

The included Multiscarf is made from a stretch mircofibre tube that can be worn in a number of ways from a neck warmer and face mask to headband and beanie. The Multiscarf delivers a range of protection for your face, head and neck when out on the trail, stopping body heat from escaping from exposure in colder conditions. In summer it functions as a lightweight scarf to protect your head or neck from the sun or as a headband to keep sweat out of your eyes during high-energy activities such as climbing or trail running.
