About the Keen Revel IV Mid Polar

The Keen Revel IV Mid Polar is an agile and warm winter boot designed for active, frigid days.

The 5mm multi-directional lugs allow for increased traction, preventing slippage forwards, backwards and sideways on muddy or rocky slopes; designed with a non-marking material to allow for indoor and outdoor use, you can confidently stride into tiled kitchens and country pubs after a long hike, safe in the knowledge that your shoes won't scuff surfaces.

Three propriety technologies make up the design of the Keen Revel IV boots: Keen.Dry is a breathable membrane that allows vapour to diffuse out of the shoe whilst remaining waterproof to external moisture, granting you comfort and safety on long trails; Keen.Warm, made from charcoal bamboo and recycled plastic bottles, is a lightweight insulation, keeping you warm in the winter season without compromising the lightweight build of the shoe so you can walk further in frozen temperatures as low as -32°C / -25°F; and Keen.Polar Traction, crafted with shards of microscopic glass filaments granting incredible traction for your outsole, perfect for trekking across icy surfaces.

Alongside the recycled PET plastic insulation, the Revel IV is also made from environmentally preferred premium waterproof leather from an LWG-certified tannery, which ensures environmental best practices from chemical and water management, energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, waste management and hide traceability, allowing you to adventure outdoors, confident in the knowledge that the environmental impact to the natural world is cared for.
