About the Lattice Climbing & Yoga/Pilates

The Mind-Body Climbing Bundle enables you to take your training inside. This specially selected bundle contains an array of items that have been carefully chosen by Absolute-Snow employees for you. The set includes the British produced Lattice Training Rung to improve your physical strength in addition to the Gaiam classic print yoga mat to promote your flexibility.

The Lattice Training Rung forms the foundation of the Lattice Training regime for those looking to improve their climbing strength at home. Constructed from a single piece of seasoned wood, the Rung mountable on virtually any frame that is load-bearing as long as there is enough space (Please be aware the board does not come with mounting hardware).

The rung comes with 3 training sessions to be used as a fingerboard to develop finger and arm strength, included with the board are details of how to perform a finger strength test.

Combined with the Rung in the Mind Body bundle is a key essential for practising yoga - the Gaiam Classic Yoga Mat. It features soft colours and graphics to instil a calming environment while you relax into a pose. Made from latex-free PVC, the Gaiam Classic Printed Yoga Mat offers excellent grip and cushioning, and also has a non-slip surface to ensure maximum stability while practising.
