The Nordic Silent Spike Pad is the perfect addition to the Flex tip. It delivers outstanding support via the integrated metal carbide pins. It's carries low noise during use and is highly durable thanks to the vulcanised material.

I bought the spike pads as I was doing the later stages of the Camino de Santiago where the terrain consistently changes from paved/tarmac to dirt tracks. I didn't want to be constantly taking my regular rubber paws off and on. On my first morning, I left Sarria using my new Spike Pads. They were completely useless on pavements and totally skited off the ground, rendering them useless for Nordic walking purposes (where you're not using the poles just for balance, but to actively push off of to help propel yourself forwards). I never used them again and resorted to my regular paws for the rest of the journey.
