The Metolius board rungs are made from spruce wood and available in six sizes to suit a range of abilities and intensities of exercise.
Each rung has been individually hand-sanded and pre-drilled, with rounded edges and an incut and a flat side on each for added flexibility of use. The spruce wood construction is incredibly durable, rugged and easily workable and acts as the perfect skin-friendly training surface - meaning you can push your climbing to the next level!
