About the Montane Trail Series Quick Dry
Montane’s Trail Series Long Tights are a thermal pant for endurance running for cooler conditions.
Constructed from Thermal Dynamic nylon blend fleece, the inner of the tights has a brushed face that is soft on skin with fast drying properties. The outer is constructed from Aeroflyte QD nylon which has high stretch properties for comfort, coated in a DWR for water repellency.
Coated in Polygiene, a silver chloride based treatment that has been applied during the fabric production, prevents the growth of bacteria that release pungent smells, without interfering with the skin’s natural bacteria flora. Unlike other odor treatments Polygiene does not wash out due to the technology being permanently integrated into the fabric.
The Long Tights have trail specific features that tailor towards the endurance runner. In addition to a rear YKK pocket to stow keys the pant is littered with gel shot pockets for that on hand energy bump. Silicone hems hold the ankles of the pant in place ensuring it doesn't ride up. A reflective ankles and VIA Trail Series logo provides valuable visibility at night when traversing from mountain to suburbia.
The Trail Series Long Tights have a stretch waistband with internal waist drawcord to fit snugly on your hips. They provide substantial comfort for day long trails, with features that assist when pushing distances.
