The Moon Armstrong does exactly what the same suggests. It makes your arms (and fingers) strong!

Constructed to be the fingerboard in your household that would allow you to train everything, the Armstrong is the one fingerboard you need to train everything. Edges decrease from 25mm in increments of 5mm to 10mm allowing you to easily standardise training plans. A centralised hole allows for the attachment of a pulley for assisted hanging capabilities. Micro 8mm & 10mm edges provide challenging options for crimp training. Two-finger pockets are supplemented by two large slopers allowing for a complete array of training options.

One fingerboard to rule them all. This is one small crimp for man, one giant dyno for climber-kind.
