About the Mystery Ranch Scepter 50

Designed for those seeking ice, rock and adventure, the Scepter 50 pack is specifically designed to remain functional with gloved hands and adapt to the functionality the user requires in the most extreme conditions, be that mountaineering or climbing.

The new Scepter 50 body panel has been updated to reduce snow build up on your trips, the chest straps are fully adjustable for taller and shorter torso lengths. The waist belt has plenty of mounting points for either snow sledges or ice clippers on either side, with the bonus of being able to remove the padded section of the belt to reduce pack weight even further. The chest strap has also been updated on this latest model, Mystery Ranch has managed to make the chest strap removable and much more user friendly when trying to adapt the bag to your anatomy. The chest strap also now includes a whistle for those moments to raise the alarm and security.

The main focus of the Scepter pack was creating a lightweight, yet incredibly durable pack that can be customised to your preferences, but still carry a full mountaineering setup. Mystery Ranch has added dual compression straps externally to the bag that can be used for carrying ski's and ropes, this system is then twinned with its function on the front of the bag, making it the prime location for storing your ice axes. Again the same system allows for the pack to be compressed to a smaller size when the pack is less full or you are only adventuring with equipment attached to the front of your pack. On the top side of the bag, the Scepter has added another compression strap for holding your rope in place, allowing you to keep wet or frozen gear away from the rest of your pack contents. And an added internal stash pocket in the lid which has been lined with the same abrasive resistant material used on the front of the pack, this can be used for your crampons or other snow safety equipment as the stash pocket has the ability to be divided int to 3 individual sections, you'll be more than impressed with what you can store and carry on your next adventure.

The all-new updated version of the Scepter 50 has been given a facelift, using all new materials, the extra-rugged 320d Phantom Ripstop fabric used on the main body of the bag to increase water repellency, combined with 840d nylon with carbonite coating laid on where your pack might take extra wear and tear, adds extra protection to meet the demands you need in the moment.

The Scepter 50 is designed to be a durable, functioning backpack that will perform through any adventure you take it on. All buckles are crafted to be glove-friendly, ensuring you can focus on what matters most.
