About the NOMAD® Batura 55

The NOMAD® Batura 55L is the adventures workhorse of a pack. Ideal for everything from alpine ascents to overnight escapades the Batura 55L has all the space you need and features for the modern adventurer.

Two generously sized external waterbottle pockets provide on-hand storage for flasks and trekking poles, while compression straps allow the pack volume to be cinched down to increase stability. Lower buckled compression loops on the lower compartment facilitate the carry of sleeping mats and larger items. While an integrated rain cover protects your gear from rain and mud and is housed comfortably under the bag.

The NOMAD® Batura 55L features their Easy Fit Essiental Back System, comprised of a movable shoulder/scapular pad, the pack can be adjusted for small, medium and large back lengths promoting a bespoke fit for the user. A dense lumbar pad promotes weight transfer into the hips and legs reducing stress on the lower back, while large hip fins ensure a comfortable fit.

Constructed from a conglomerate of lightweight 210D polyester dobby and 600D polyester, the Batura is exceptionally durable in order to cope with ever-changing terrain on the trail. Moreover, the fabrics have been coated in a DWR for water repellency in events of unexpected showers.

As a traditional top-loading design the behemoth of the 55L pack can accommodate all the essentials for alpine ascents to micro-adventures in the Peak District. However, unlike a traditional pack, the Batura features a front-access U shaped zipper to provide ease of access.

Internally the pack features compression loops which allow kit to be cinched down providing a more stable carry. Additionally, the Batura has a lower sleeping bag compartment to separate gear.
