About the Nemo Aurora 3
Ideal for car camping but lightweight enough for backpacking, the Aurora 3 Tent from Nemo Equipment blends stylish and vibrant angular patterning with high-quality materials and plenty of practical features for camping comfort. Included with the Aurora Backpacking Tent is a footprint for added ground protection.
This intuitive tent is extremely easy to set up and has a freestanding design that includes a sturdy aluminium pole system. Two doors allow easy entry and vertical walls mean there's more inside space. Gear Pockets™ and two vestibules provide further room for your belongings and opportunities to organise your gear. The versatile design means you can pitch the inner canopy as a standalone bug shelter in good weather or use the rainfly and poles with the footprint for an ultralight trail shelter.
The flysheet, floor and canopy are made with tough and lightweight 68D PU polyester that contains a hydrophobic coating with a waterproof rating of 1200mm. Strutted vents in the flysheet also help keep your tent ventilated for a more comfortable camping experience.
Innovative Overhead Light Pockets™ utilise a light-diffusing fabric to maintain an evenly-spread glow throughout the tent (lighting sold separately). There is also a drawstring stuff sack which makes it quick and easy to pack your tent away and built-in snaps allow compatibility with Nemo's Pawprint™ for your four-legged camping companion.
