About the Nitro Quiver Nuat

The 2018 Nitro Nuat has been designed to find the inner surfer in us and turn the mountain into an endless wave. This freeride board has been inspired by the classic surfboard pin tail shape and offers faster turns and manoeuvres down the mountain, making every turn better than the last.

Great to ride on groomed pistes, in Pow or even over kickers in the park - the Nuat rips it up and uses it's biaxial laminates to give a smooth and stable ride. Another advantage of the biaxial laminates is that it makes the board more forgiving easy to initiate turns on at speed.

Nitro have added a progressive sidecut to the Nuat. This adds a larger radius in the front that blends tighter towards the tail making accelerating out of turns easy and reduces the risk of edge catching!

To emphasize on-snow speeds, a Sintered Speed Formula HD II Base plays to the board's smooth, snappy nature for endless freeride capability. Nitro's new material base compound also improves abrasion resistance and wax absorption, for maintenance and durability. Forgiving Bi-Lite Laminates enhance the strength of the Highlander whilst further engaging with a powerful, refined feel.

The Cam-Out Camber is your classic rocker type with early and smooth transitions into nose and tail, providing stability and support. This camber offers more pop, snap and perfect precision whilst riding. Add Nitro's own Power Pods to this mix and this board will offer you high speed turns and perfect edge hold in almost every condition.
