Forming an integral part of Ortovox's Shield Vintage line the women's Corvara Jacket gives you all-mountain protection through a combination of traditional fabrics (organic cotton + Merino backer) with a high performance waterproof membrane in key areas for a supple, breathable layer with storm-level protection.

The construction falls into two parts: 3-layer hardshell DERMIZAK NX Membrane in the hood and shoulders provides exceptional breathability with wind and waterproofing (to 32'000mm) to keep you dry both inside and out. The rest of the piece comprises an organic cotton and nylon face treated with a protective DWR and wax coating to resist water and wind while retaining moisture transfer from the inside to keep you cool during high energy activities.

Taped seams in the hood and shoulder further guard against moisture while the two-way adjustable hood protects the head and face from biting wind and spindrift. Two zip hand pockets store smaller items with a zip arm pocket for valuables. Adjustable hem and cuffs round out this versatile layer while internal Merino mesh inserts give you added next to skin comfort.
