The latest edition of the iconic mid-sized day pack, the Talon 55, has undergone a revamp. With a clean modern design, coupled with the renowned AirScape mesh back panel the Talon 55 sets the premium standard for the do-it-all daypack.

AirScape accordion foam forms the basis of the back panel. Combined with a seamless lumbar waistbelt, the pack contours around the body for ultimate comfort. The honeycomb mesh panel increases airflow without distancing your body from the bag, this not only promotes temperature moderation but ensures weight is spread evenly around the hips.

The Talon 55 features two sizes of back length, an S/M and an M/L. The pair of these both have an adjustable back length, to ensure the optimum fit for your adventure. Back length adjustments are easy to make, by shifting the velcro panel so you can get a bespoke fit at home.

A range of additional features allows the Talon to be a true all-activity backpack. Stow-on-the-Go allows you to stash walking poles without needing to remove the bag, for those times when you need both hands for a scramble. For those who embrace harsher environments, an ice-axe attachment allows you to carry winter hardware effortlessly.

A large Side access zip allows for easy access to the main compartment on the go whilst the, two zippered pockets on the side of the pack allow for fast access to snack and GPS units. A small items pocket on the top of the pack allows you to store slighter larger items such as wallets and keys. PowerMesh on the face of the pack facilitates the carry of wet clothing or rubbish without compromising items inside the pack. A floating top lid allows for ease of access and facilitates the option to carry just that little bit more. The lid can be removed entirely should you wish to shed weight.

Elastic side pockets allow for the carry of 1-litre hydration water bottles and for those who have a preference for reservoirs, the pack is hydration system compatible. Unique to the Talon line is the external hydration sleeve with a hanging loop, allowing for ease of re-filling on the go.

The Talon 55 is the do-everything hill walking and mountain bag. Ideal for ascents as tame as Scafell Pike in summer to those harsh winter climbs like Tryfan in winter. A lovely compromise in size between a backpacking pack and a large daypack, the bag is perfect for both days in the hills and overnight bivy camps.
