The Down Sweater Hoody Pullover is Patagonia’s classic insulated hoody redesigned as a stylish half-zip pullover. Just like its zip-down brother, it packs plenty of warmth and weather resistance into an super-lightweight, packable jacket.
The 800-fill power goose down is enclosed in a windproof, 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell with horizontal quilting to keep the down packed and stable. The shell is waterproof and windproof, having been treated with a DWR finish which seals the material and protects you from the elements.
True to Patagonia's dedication to ecologically conscientious products, the use of Advanced Global Traceable Down means that it’s certified by NSF International and every cluster can be tracked back to birds that were never force fed or live plucked.
A large kangaroo-style pocket will keep your hands warm and cosy on those cold days and also doubles as a compact stuffsack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop. Above it, the centre-front half zip features an interior storm flap to seal out cold drafts and soft fabric zipper garage at the chin to prevent any uncomfortable rubbing. Elasticated cuffs and a drawcord hem will seal in warmth while the adjustable hood keeps out the weather.
With its high lofting fill power, contoured shape and longer length hem, the Down Sweater Hoody Pullover is ideal for all kinds of cold weather activities, from skiing to alpine mountaineering. It oozes style and can be worn as a protective outerlayer or as comfortable midlayer in colder conditions.
So whether you’re cruising in the backcountry or just sipping drinks at your favourite apres bar, this lightweight, versatile jacket is sure to keep you feeling warm and looking cool.

I have been using light weight down jackets of this style for about 2 years now and they are definitely the most life changing bit of kit I have had. However this Patagonia one is another level again. If you are looking at this jacket you probably know how great a brand Patagonia is. They have a great attitude towards the environment and an amazing garentee, no experience with it myself but have a Google and read about the stories. Back to this jacket. The fit for me is amazing 6'2 and 74kg the medium is ideal. The cut for the arms is really good, being able to raise them above my head with the jacket only raising up a little. The jacket fits great under my large waterproof coat when the conditions require. The build quality is amazing as with all Patagonia products I own. Being 100% down I'm yet to lose any of the installation unlike other brands that use mix like 90/10 down, my last cost had lost quite a lot. For me the most stand out feature is the hood. With my last jacket the hood was incredible annoying, when pulling it in to fit tight the hood wouldn't turn when I turned my head. However on this jacket there is an electronic loop that sits just at the top of your head and can be adjusted at the rear. This design for the hood is so much better and now means I can turn my head and the jacket follows. I know it's a small detail but I really makes it much nicer to use.
