Never heard of Protest before - but saw the company was started by snowboarders so thought I’d try it out. Plus needed 20k minimum. I’m super impressed with the quality and features of this 8-pocket jacket. It has a small amount of padding so not a complete shell and runs longer in the chest for snowboarding (no wet arse) and is roomy rather than tight. I found it perfect for what I needed and surprised at the price - it really is a steal at retail. Very light, 3D hood, goggle cleaner, hand covers - everything you’d expect in a much more expensive jacket. I can see why it’s the staff recommended. Perfect really. Excellent customer service from absolute snow as always.
