The toastiness comes from Rab's new Cirrus Hydroloft insulation, which mimics natural down to provide maximum comfort and warmth, while still maintaining an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. Outside, the Pertex Quantum fabric is light yet highly durable, making it ideal for unforgiving mountain environments. The handy water-repellent DWR coating is there to protect against mist or light drizzle too, and the Cirrus Alpine works perfectly as a warm layer under a waterproof shell in rainy conditions.

For added protection and convenience, there are YKK zip-protected pockets providing safe and easy access storage or as a place to warm cold hands. When you're all done, this jacket is easily packable for hassle-free transportation in your pack too.
