About the Robens Klondike PRS

The award-winning Klondike PRS forms part of the Robens new Navigator range of retro-designed shelters suitable for any number of outdoor activities from group trips to family breaks and car camping.

This popular tipi-style shelter features a central alloy pole with a lighter A-frame pole system shaping the door for ease of access and rain protection. A zip-in groundsheet offers full protection from wet weather and damp ground and can be rolled back from the door to create a safe area in which to use a stove (not included) and store wet/muddy kit away from the sleeping area.

Inside there's room for up to 6-persons. Mesh panels in the lower walls and door provide a range of venting options while the roof features a sprung apex vent cowl which can be open/closed by pulling and locking off interior cords. This is the perfect way to ensure fresh air flow throughout warm and humid weather while keeping out insects.

An elasticated stove-pipe port in the roof lets you add further convenience for colder weather camping. This directs smoke and heat safely away from the shelter with the roll-back floor panel keeping it safely away from tent material. This handy feature gives you a traditional base camp feel and is perfect for larger groups looking for a cooking and heating option.

5000 mm waterproofing in the polyester flysheet is provided by the exclusive HydroTex® HD RS (ripstop). This high-quality fabric uses a long-lasting PU coating on a 75D high-density polyester with taped seams for a completely waterproof barrier. A fire retardant material it is designed to melt rather than burn when in direct contact with flame.

The Klondike PRS bell tent is wind tested to an impressive 190km/h with multiple guylines to provide stability when pitching in more exposed areas.
